The Warren County weather camera is in the City of Warren. It sits atop the famous Plaza Restaurant on Pennsylvania Avenue West. The camera overlooks the heart downtown Warren’s business district. It features views of the Northwest Fountain Plaza commonly referred to as “the point”, the Flatiron Building, Soldiers & Sailors Park, and the Allegheny River near the Hickory St Bridge.
Warren is situated in a mountainous region along the PA Route 6 corridor, considered to be the snowbelt of northwestern Pennsylvania.
