Winter weather advisories begin in Warren, Forest, Venango counties 5 AM Sunday until 3 PM Sunday. Freezing rain arrives through the predawn hours of Sunday then changes to wet snow. Expect a light glaze of ice along with 1-2 inches of wet snow through Sunday.
